Client-Initiated Cancellations
Clients may request a service cancellation in writing via email or through our Contact page before any work on the project has commenced.
Before Work Begins
If a cancellation request is received before work has started, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
After Work Has Started
Once work has started, cancellation requests may still be considered; however, refunds are generally not provided for work already delivered. Each request is reviewed individually.
Standard Packages & One-Time Projects
All standard SEO packages and one-time digital projects are delivered electronically. Once purchased and delivered, these services are considered complete and are generally non-refundable. No ongoing communication is required after delivery.
Custom Projects
Custom projects are developed collaboratively with clients. Pricing and deliverables are agreed individually prior to purchase. Cancellation policies for custom projects follow the same guidelines outlined above. Once delivered digitally, custom solutions are considered complete unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Failure to meet payment obligations

Clients will be notified in such cases, and any applicable refund will be assessed based on the work already completed.
Performance Disclaimer
All services are delivered on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific results, search engine rankings, or revenue outcomes. Performance-based cancellations do not automatically qualify for refunds.
